XRP has spent most of 2026 under pressure, down about 43% since January. But some chart watchers think the selloff may be close to running its course.
EGRAG, a market analyst, sees the current decline as Wave 2 of a larger Elliott Wave structure. If that reading is right, the next big upward move, Wave 3, could eventually push XRP toward $43.83. That sounds aggressive, but the logic comes from the size of the previous impulse.
Bullish Divergence on the Three-Day Chart
On the three-day chart, XRP has made a lower low while the Relative Strength Index has made a higher low. That kind of divergence often appears when selling momentum is weakening. It does not guarantee a bottom, but it does suggest that the sharp downside may be fading.
Even so, XRP has not confirmed a reversal yet. The price still needs to break out of its corrective range and reclaim some important levels before the bullish case becomes more solid.
Key Support and Resistance Zones
The first support zone sits between $1.00 and $0.95. If that fails, $0.75 becomes important. A deeper support area lies between $0.60 and $0.52, though that would require the decline to stretch further than expected.
On the upside, XRP needs sustained closes between $1.30 and $1.60 to show buyers are returning. After that, $1.96 and the $3.00 to $3.60 zone would be the next hurdles. The strongest confirmation would be a move above the previous Wave 1 high. Until then, the current structure remains a developing scenario.
What Wave 3 Could Look Like
Wave 1 delivered roughly 1,200% gains. Elliott Wave theory often treats Wave 3 as the strongest leg, so the projection suggests a move of around 1,900% to 2,000% from the expected bottom. That would put XRP in the $6.42, $13.37, $22.55, $29.63, and eventually $43.83 range.
These are long-term targets, not a short-term promise. The bullish divergence is an early signal, but it is not full confirmation. If XRP reclaims the resistance levels mentioned above, then Wave 3 becomes much more believable. If not, the correction may simply take longer.
For now, the charts offer a clear plan. Watch the support zones, wait for the break, and let price action decide. Even with a potential 20-fold move on the table, nothing is guaranteed until XRP proves it can push higher.
